Roebuck Reptiles is a small breeder with a huge passion for reptiles. We focus on giving our reptiles the best possible care and giving our customers the highest quality morphs and customer service.
Store Policy
Guarantee: Roebuck Reptiles guarantees that our animals are 100% healthy, eating, and correctly sexed at time of shipment. Health is guaranteed for 24 hours upon arrival. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee health beyond the 24 hours because we have no control over living conditions and husbandry once in your care. Sex is guaranteed for 7 days upon arrival. Please sex the animal right away or schedule a vet appointment if you are unable to do it yourself. If you have any issues please contact us right away so we can come to a resolution quickly.
Because of the increasingly complex genetic combos we can not guarantee genetics on dominant/incomplete dominate genes. All hets are 100% guaranteed. However, we do our absolute best to correctly ID all animals and often consult with other breeders to help ensure that we are as accurate as possible.
Payment: We currently accept payment through Paypal FF, Venmo FF, or debit/credit cards through Square. Payment plans are available on animals over $500. A nonrefundable down payment of 20% is required to reserve the animal and the remaining balance is to be paid in full within 30 days. We may allow longer payment plans on a case by case basis.
Shipping: Roebuck Reptiles ships Monday-Wednesday only and reserves the right to postpone shipment due to weather conditions in departure and/or arrival destinations. We currently only ship hub to hub since shipping is still being effected by Covid. Packages must be picked up from the hub within 4 hours of becoming available for pickup otherwise live arrival guarantee is void. And for deliveries to your door (once it is safe to do so) you must be home to accept delivery on the first attempt otherwise live arrival guarantee is void. In the rare occasion of a DOA you must contact us within an hour of receipt of delivery and picture/video evidence will be required. We will work with you to come to an appropriate resolution.
Auctions: Auction winners must pay within 24 hours of winning the auction. Payment will be made through PayPal FF. I can hold the animal for up to 3 weeks if time is needed to prepare for the arrival of the animal. I reserve the right to postpone shipment due to weather. All other policies apply.
