I have ordered from Reptile Pets Direct twice before and have been happy with the animals received. However, this order consisting of 3 baby Green Tree Pythons and a pair of adults arrived with a heavy load of mites. Bummer - Apr. 06, 2024

Seller was quick, and communicated well. My tree python seems to be healthy and is well fed. Shipping was fast, and packaging was okay. Snake was very cold and the package was as well when I got her. She became very lively after warming. - Oct. 17, 2023

The packaging was very secure and made me feel great about ordering online, and both lizards were perfectly healthy. Only complaint is that I ordered what was labeled and got cordylus beraduccii. Had to change care last minute, but happy to keep them - Apr. 17, 2023
