Received a male ETB. Had some stuck shed and minor dehydration, but nothing worth reporting. After a couple weeks he had mucus coming from his mouth, took him to the vet and they confirmed an RI that had been festering for a while. - Jan. 19, 2024

Animals:A Staff:F Ad says mice, staff said garters do not eat mice so they are fed fish and worms. What type of fish..whatever they have at Asian market. If I had not driven 2+ hours and paid for them, I would have walked out. Cannot recommend - Oct. 01, 2022

I bought 3 super dwarf retics from Mike. Theses snakes were starved for the first year of there life only weighed 100g's. I've had them for 6 weeks and they already weigh 300g's. They also had nose rub scabs. I would avoid Satoo at all costs. - Jul. 06, 2022

Snake arrived on time but was dead on arrival and infested with mites. The snake was in extremely bad condition and the box they were shipping with was not up to standards. Emailed the company on their website and never got a response. - Mar. 25, 2022
