I am a reptile hobbyist in Kansas. I keep a variety of snake species focusing on a few species of asian rat snakes.
Store Policy
1. All sales are final: we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. I provide a live arrival guarantee only when the shipment is held at a FedEx hub for pickup. When you pickup your animal, please open and inspect immediately.
3. I can ship direct to your door upon customer request, but in those instances I cannot provide a live arrival guarantee since there are too many factors outside of my control.
4. You must notify me within 2 hours of receiving your shipment if the health of the animal is not satisfactory (DOA or visible health issues).
5. Payment is required in full at time of purchase. I cannot offer "payment plans" and do not take deposits.
6. Once a purchased animal is received by customer, the customer assumes full responsibility for it's care. Many of the species I produce are very delicate by nature and require expert husbandry. It is entirely the responsibility of the customer to possess expert knowledge before purchasing these animals. I cannot be responsible for customer education, especially when it comes to feeding techniques for picky hatchlings.
7. You are responsible for knowing your state, county, or city laws.
8. I cannot sell rear-fanged species to anyone under the age of 18.
9. We reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason.
10. Nothing is considered "Sold" until it is paid for.
11. By purchasing, you are agreeing to our terms of sale.
