Store Policy
In order to purchase a gecko, you must be 18 years or older. By purchasing a gecko through Lizard Licking Good you read, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment Policy:
At this time all payments will be made through PayPal. If you would like to place a gecko on hold, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Payment plans are accepted and discussed on a case-by-case basis. If the time of the payment agreement has surpassed, or no communication from the buyer, the gecko will be relisted for sale and any money besides the 25% deposit will be refunded.
Shipping Policy:
All geckos are shipped via Ship Your Reptiles or reptiles 2 you on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays overnight only. All geckos will be in appropriate packaging with heat or cool packs IF needed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted. Costs vary depending on location and quotes will be given based off zip code. Lizard Licking Good currently only ships to the 48 contiguous states at this time.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Live arrival is only guaranteed if your shipment is delivered on time. You still must be present to receive the gecko after shipping has been arranged. Although rare, dropped tails can occur during transit, Lizard Licking Good offers no compensation for a dropped tail.
Health Guarantee:
Due to COVID and the possibility of shipping holdovers, we can only provide a health guarantee if the gecko is recieved on time. In which our guarentee is for 3 days upon arrival. Lizard Licking Good is not responsible for any illness or health deterioration due to improper housing or care. In the event the animal perishes due to circumstances not caused by the customer, a credit or replacement of the animal will be issued, shipping is still the responsibility of the buyer.
Lizard Licking Good will always answer any questions that the customer may have about husbandry or care at anytime to the best of our ability, so please dont hesitate to ask.
Sex and Color Guarentee:
I ONLY guarantee the sex of the gecko if it's specifically stated that the gecko is male or female. Otherwise I will let you know what I think or if I dont know at all so there is no confusion. Color is not guaranteed on young geckos, since the color during their young state is not always what it will end up being as they grow. At Lizard Licking Good any pictures provided have NOT been edited in any way to try and capture the gecko exactly as its seen. Minor discrepancies between screens and the state of the gecko (fired, unfired) can alter the geckos color. Multiple pictures will be sent prior to purchase so there's no confusion on the color of the animal.
Lizard Licking Good has the right to refuse or cancel a transaction before it is completed for any reason. We are not responsible if the buyer fails to read the terms and conditions as stated above.
