Miscommunication about shipping led to the gecko being stuck on a fedex truck all day. The packaging only said “live reptile” in very small letters. He was very dehydrated upon receiving and died within hours. - Feb. 02, 2024

Prior to shipping we confirmed the exact ship date and delivery method with Katherine. She received the tracking number the night before delivery. She missed delivery which voids our live arrival guarantee. We sent her a full refund anyway. - Feb. 02, 2024
