The animal arrived with several spinal deformities, contacted the seller immediately. The animal arrived 12/8 and shipping windows had closed by then to return. Now claims animal was perfect and has stopped responding to communication. - Jan. 12, 2022

Sent several pictures of the animal right before it shipped of which the buyer approved. I agreed to the return of the animal when shipping opens back up. Received a number of inappropriate texts this week from the buyer insulting us. - Jan. 12, 2022
