Store Policy

All animals are guaranteed to be eating, healthy, accurate genetics and properly sexed.

Payments
Payments will be accepted via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or cash if you are picking up your animal locally (Carlisle, PA Area).

To place an animal on hold, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required with payment due by the agreed date. If the buyer fails to pay the balance due or does not communicate with us, the animal will be re-listed and the deposit is forfeited by the buyer.

Payment Plans will be considered on a case by case bases. Please message to discuss terms.

Shipping
I ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only when night-time low temperatures are above 40 and day-time high temperatures are below 90 degrees. I also check shipyourreptiles.com on day of shipping for FedEx delays which could potentially delay your animal’s shipment. The animal’s health and welfare is of the utmost importance and will always be my top priority.
All my animals are packaged for safe, live delivery with a heat pack or cool pack as necessary via Fed-Ex Priority Overnight delivery. All animals are guaranteed live arrival with the exception if no one is home to receive the package on the "first" delivery attempt. Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to Fed-Ex at time of receipt and then within 4 hours of delivery to me. If Fed-Ex leaves the package without a signature due to a signature release being on file for your delivery address, we are not liable if the animal is deceased or otherwise ill due to the package being left in the elements. In the event of a DOA, the animal must be preserved and we reserve the right to request video proof or to have the animal shipped back prior to issuing a refund.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
