The sellers communication was awful. he didnt tell me the spider morph had issues at all. I had no idea this snake had neurological issues until I already bought it. the packaging had no heat pack and the snake looks like he hasnt eaten. horrible. - Jul. 14, 2020

Communication was awesome. Had a shipping misunderstanding, but he worked to get it delivered within a time that worked for me. The only issue is that the snake did come with mites. I contacted the seller before leaving feedback. Own no other animals - Sep. 14, 2019
