PAYMENTS: WE ACCEPT PAY PAL. (All major credit cards are accepted through them)
Payment Plans: Inquire for more info. I will do customized payment plans per individual if needed. I'm pretty flexible about payment plan options. Typically, I require $100 - $200 down ( sometimes $ 50, depending on the price of the animal ) and then 60 days to pay the remaining balance. 35% of the total value of the animal is non-refundable if the purchaser opts out or decides they don't want to finish the payment plan. If not heard from / no payments had been made in 60 days after any amount has been paid there are no refunds on the previous payments made.
GUARANTEES: ALL REPTILES ARE GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL, HEALTHY AND CORRECTLY SEXED. Live arrival is only guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 35 and 90 degrees. If the temperatures are extremely hot or cold we can hold your order until the weather is better. Please let us know of any adverse weather conditions in your area when placing your order. (extreme heat or cold, snow/ice, storms)
We cannot guarantee the temperament or tameness of any reptile. We cannot refund or credit shipping charges.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
SHIPPING: We ship Fed Ex Priority Overnight. Delivery is usually by 10:30 AM but maybe later for some areas. Someone must be available to accept shipments on the first delivery attempt (no matter the delivery time) or all guarantees are void. The buyer pays the actual shipping charge.
