*****All animals that are paid in full and the customer changes their mind about purchasing the animal will incur a 25% restocking fee. Please be sure of your purchase before paying.*****

Store policy:
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER: If you see an animal you would like, you can contact me through the Morph Market message system. Please keep all communication to MorphMarket messages to protect us both (unless directed to text or call to work out details). Include what animal and your e-mail address, I will contact you to confirm a ship date and provide tracking information.

Genetic Guarantee:
All animals will be honestly represented and 100% healthy at the time of delivery. We fully guarantee and back our recessive/heterozygous genetics. In the case of CoDom animals, we will do our best to identify them to the exact gene combo. Please be aware that due to increased project complexity, certain animals require an educated guess to identify and thus CoDom genetics cannot be 100% guaranteed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: I accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) by sending you an invoice via e-mail address that you provide in your message. I also accept Zelle. Payment plans are only available on animals $1000 and up.

We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to hold animal and then you will have 30 days to pay off the remaining balance.

SHIPPING: I ship Mondays through Thursdays, weather-permitting. I can usually ship orders the following day after contact. Shipments cost according to Fed Ex Priority Overnight. During extreme heat, cold or stormy conditions, I do sometimes have to postpone shipments to avoid any delays. The well-being of my reptiles is my top priority. I want them to arrive at their new homes alive and healthy.

LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE: I guarantee live, healthy delivery as long as I ship to a FedEx hub and when I feel it is safe. DOAs must have photo proof. DOAs will be replaced with an equivalent animal and no additional charge. If there are no equivalent animals available, credit will be given towards the animal of your choice. The live delivery guarantee is VOID if you provide me with incorrect or inaccurate shipping information or phone number.

DISCOUNTS: My prices for individual animals are pretty firm. However, I'm willing to entertain reasonable offers on some. I can offer a discount on pairs or groups. Please inquire.

TRADES: I don't typically do trades on my animals, unless it is for something I want to incorporate into my breeding projects.
