Not responsive, took days then reasked to get an answer. Was going to ship with a low of 18F. Even with heatpack I’d wait for a live snake over a dead one. Backed out “snake was acting funny” Posted long ago, strange timing. Refunded but disappointed - Feb. 27, 2021

There was no heat pack in the box with the snake when shipped to me other then shredded paper. Snake was very lethargic and dehydrated. I came back and noticed the snake unresponsive to touch. The snake expired within 2hrs after I received it. - Sep. 17, 2020

Very poor communication. Shipping never happened. They charged my account on a monday morning and by thursday animal had not been shipped. Then they contacted me and said there was a mishap with there system. I requested a refund immediately. - May. 09, 2020

Russo juvenile female looked good. Normal breeder female #1 has scale rot. Normal breeder female #2 is infested with mites, has a respiratory infection, and has scale rot. Im glad they are in my competent care now. I feel sorry for your animals. - Apr. 19, 2020
