Store Policy
We follow Morph Market’s default store policy. Please review before purchasing.
All animals will be honestly represented and 100% healthy at the time of delivery. SCR guarantees all animals to be free of mites and ticks at the time of delivery. SCR 100% guarantees animal sex, and genetics are determined to the best of our ability. With multi-gene combos it can be difficult to determine with 100% accuracy what is visually present in terms of dominant/co-dominants. All co-dominant (incomplete dominant) genes are theoretically ID’d. We can't guarantee co-dominant genetics because of the complexity and variability of multi-gene animals, but we take pride in doing our best to accurately identify the traits. Please ask questions about co-dominant genes PRIOR to purchasing. All hatchlings with recessive traits produced by us are guaranteed. All hatchlings are captive born and produced by SCR unless otherwise noted. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the animal you receive, you must notify Supercoil Reptiles within 48 hours for a refund. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. Animals must be returned 100% healthy and at the earliest possible shipping date.
All animals must be paid for in full prior to shipping. All hatchlings are in good health and fed at least 5 meals before leaving our facility. We triple check gender before listing and shipping, but any discrepancies with the gender of your snake must reported within 7 days of delivery. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured upon delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), we will arrange with the buyer to return the animal for a full refund if requested. Claim Period is 1 hour after delivery and the animal must be shipped back on the next possible business day.
Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including Apple Pay, Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Money Orders / Certified Checks, Wires.
Payment plans: These are offered on a case-by-case basis, typically on purchases over $500. 25% nonrefundable deposit and Payment terms will be established before any deposit is accepted.
***SCR ONLY SHIPS FEDEX HUB TO HUB FOR PICKUP FOR THE ANIMAL'S SAFETY***
Buyer will pay actual shipping cost. Shipping rates vary from city to city and depend on the size/quantity of animals purchased. Please contact us with your zip code for a quote. Domestic shipments are shipped using FedEx Priority overnight service delivered to your local hub. We do not ship until we speak with the customer to arrange a day and HUB location to ship to. We ship Tues-Weds for delivery Weds-Thurs. WE DO NOT ship Monday or Thursday. Please be present to receive your package. Any issues with the animal must be reported within 1 hour of delivery or 1 hour of the hub opening.
** Live arrival is guaranteed/reimbursed in the form of store credit and is only applicable to animals shipped to the FedEx hub for pickup. Animals must be picked up within 1 hour of the hub opening or else the live arrival guarantee is void. It is the buyer’s responsibility to supply us with the correct shipping address to send the animal to, and the buyer must be available to receive the package upon delivery. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause delivery delays will terminate our live arrival guarantee. If animals are left at the hub for longer than 1 hour after opening the live arrival guarantee will be void. We are not responsible for carrier delays or faults. Any DOA claims must be accompanied with video proof of DOA during the snakes un-boxing.
Supercoil Reptiles reserves the right to deny sales to anyone. Absolutely no sales to anyone under the age of 18.

Wholesale Policy
Wholesale pricing is available to US customers only and must be bundled with a minimum of (3) animals to qualify. No payment plans and regular shipping rates apply. Orders over $2,000 will include free shipping. Prices and availability are subject to change. Existing store policy applies to all other aspects of the transaction.
