Store Policy
Guarantees:
We guarantee you will get a healthy snake free of mites.
We guarantee sex and recessive genetics of all the ball pythons we sell. When dealing with multiple visual genes, I will identify them combo as best I can and provide the pairing so you have all the information and are able to make an informed decision.
All blue tongue skinks are sold unsexed unless otherwise advertised. I may provide a guess, but unless it is proven it is not guaranteed.
All animals will have had at least 5 meals before shipping.
Spider and Champagne wobble: I will be upfront about any wobble I have seen from an animal I am selling, but just because I haven't seen it doesn't mean it will not develop one later.
Be aware: wobbles can be triggered by stress and the act of shipping is very stressful. An animal I did not observe wobbling can develop a wobble after shipping.
There are possible genetic issues that occur in certain ball python morphs, please read this link below to find out which morphs are prone to which issues.

Shipping:
We ship through http://www.reptiles2you.com/ or www.shipyourreptiles.com when temperatures are acceptable at both the destination and origin (40 - 92). There may be delays in shipping for extreme heat, cold, or weather events. Heat packs, Cold Packs and/or Phase22 packs will be provided when the temperatures call for them. A pickup at a local FedEx ship center may be required if we deem it necessary depending on the weather at the destination, this usually happens when approaching the higher and lower end of acceptable temperatures.
We have a live arrival guarantee as long as you contact us within an hour of signing/receiving the animal on the first delivery attempt. If something happens during shipment, you will need to provide pictures and/or Video to confirm so we can refund the purchase price of the animal only.
Live arrival guarantee will be void if:
You don't sign/accept the package on first delivery attempt.
You don't pickup the package from the FedEx hub on the same day.
Incorrect address information.
Delays caused by FedEx UNLESS you have requested to ship with shipyourreptiles and bought the on time insurance (this option may require a hold at location depending on their rules at the time).

While we do not do discounts on individual animals, we do have multiple animal discounts.
Order Cancellations:
25% of the animal cost is non-refundable Non-refundable payments are standard in the reptile industry and some breeders will only issue an amount as in-store credit only or will not refund anything at all. Re-stocking fees are standard across retail due to the extra work incurred in making the item available again. This encourages buyers to be positive they are ready and able to have their new animal and accounts for any costs I may incur prepping your animal to be shipped.
Returns:
There are no returns on live animals, so please be sure you are ready to accept the responsibility of your new animal. Only exception to this rule will be missexed animals. Video or photos of the snake being sexed will be required.
Holds:
I will hold an animal upon receiving a non-refundable down payment of 25%. The animal must be paid off within 2 weeks of receiving the hold payment.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are done on a case by case basis. Generally, on purchases of $500 or more I will accept payment plans of a month duration. A purchase of $1000 or more will be eligible for a 2 month payment plan. A payment plan requires a 30% *NON REFUNDABLE* deposit and adherance to the individually discussed plan. If the payment plan is not paid in full by the time the due date comes, the money paid will be refunded MINUS the *NON REFUNDABLE* deposit. That deposit is there to mitigate the costs of keeping the animal while you are paying and the fact that I am losing out on potential buyers while the animal is off the market. I will not budge on the non refundable deposit. If that is not an acceptable risk, then a payment plan or hold is not an appropriate option for you.
