Store Policy

**** BY PURCHASING FROM US YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS****



All photos are taken to resemble the animal as closely as possible to how it looks in person.

We do not guarantee sex under 20 grams. All geckos marked as “male” or “female” under 20 grams is an educated guess from pore checking.

We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal with a 3.5% fee.

We offer payment plans on geckos over $500. The first payment must be put down for the animal to be listed as “hold”. Payments must be made monthly until paid off. If you go longer than one month without a payment, the animal will be listed as available. All payments are nonrefundable. You must be in contact with us before we ship the animal to confirm you’ll be available to pick it up.

We ship with Reptile Express via FedEx Priority Overnight.



We will hold animals if the temperature is not between 45 and 80°F at our location, your location, and any possible connecting hub.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or any other delivery issues, including DOA due to carrier delays, however we will work with you to keep you informed and help locate any "MIA" shipments.

* A live arrival guarantee (LAG) if all the criteria is met.


1. Shipping temperature is within 40-80 degrees for both the sending and receiving locations

2. Shipment is shipped directly to the hub for pickup

3. Notification via email, phone call, or text message/private message (preferred method) within 1 hour of the geckos arrival, this includes hub pick ups

4. Proof of DOA, picture of animal and unboxing video (before the box is opened)

5. On time arrival (no carrier delays)


If all 5 criteria are met you will be given full STORE CREDIT back to use to purchase another animal from my available stock.

the gecko(s) will still need to be picked up & notification made to us within one hour of delivery to the hub. If you cannot pick up within the 1 hour span please notify us prior to shipping so we can pack accordingly.

I will only be shipping geckos to FedEx hubs for pick up. This is a safety measure for the gecko. I do not like geckos sitting outside of houses or possibly getting sent to wrong addresses. The hub location is temperature controlled so this saves the gecko from more stress being in a FedEx truck for longer and also less hands that need to be involved for delivering to you. The FedEx hubs require ID checking as well so please make sure the name you give matches the name of whomever is picking up.
