Received limited information regarding snake purchase. Felt like customer inconvenienced the seller by asking about important purchase that was going to be part of family. When asked about feeding, owner was defensive. Only positive is quick refund. - Nov. 16, 2022

He did not seem happy about answering questions about the snakes eating and did not email me until the morning of shipping so I missed the first shipping day and had to wait another week. He has positive ratings so ill sum it up to a bad week. - Sep. 22, 2020
