Store Policy
***NOTICE THAT YOUR FAILURE TO READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE A REASON TO CONSIDER THEM ALTERED OR VOID***
*Tnt Exotics ships during the week of Monday-Wednesday with the EXCEPTION of holidays.
**Deposits are non-refundable.**
*Payment plans are available with 4 conditions:
1. A minimum 25% non-refundable deposit.
2. Plans are defined by a given number of payments over a specific time frame.
3. The buyer pays the 3.8% PayPal fee(s).
4. All payment plans on animals 30 days or less are free. 60, 90 or 120 payment plans will incur a $25 per month finance charge for care and feed. So for instance, if you enter into 90 day payment plan, your first 30 days are free. The remaining 60 days will incur $50 in finance charges added to your final cost. If you pay the animal off early, no additional charges will be assessed.
Example: You enter into a 90 day payment plan, that would cost you $50 in payment plan finance charges, yet pay the animal off in 60 days, your balance would be $25 less. We do not asses any finance charges on anything paid off early. If you ask us to hold your animal for shipping, outside of weather/temp issues, you’ll be charged $25 per month that we have told hold it, to cover care and feed.
*Sex determination is to the best of our ability and/or knowledge. Mistakes unfortunately sometimes do happen.. If a miss calculation in sex does happen, please email ([email protected]) IMMEDIATELY and we'll go from there or unless otherwise specified.
*Temperament is not guaranteed, ALL animals WILL defend themselves if they feel threatened.
*Tnt Exotics ships Priority Overnight with FedEx.
*For home deliveries, the buyer must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or ALL guarantees are VOID.
*Live arrival is only guaranteed when shipping temperatures at both ends are between 40° – 90°F for home delivery and 35F° – 95F° if the package is shipped to a FedEx Ship Center for pick up. Packages held at a FedEx Customer Center must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival at the FedEx Customer Center or ALL GUARANTEES ARE VOID. Otherwise, the reptile(s) can be held until temperatures are safe for shipping.
*Tnt Exotics is not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling resulting in DOA* animals.
*All animals have a live arrival guarantee. Tnt Exotics cannot offer any guarantee after the arrival.
*Tnt Exotics cannot be held responsible for shipping charges incurred for upholding our guarantee; they are the responsibility of you, the buyer. We do not offer credits or refunds on shipping for replacement animals.
*If the animal(s) is dead upon arrival the customer must notify Tnt Exotics of the deceased animal IMMEDIATELY upon receiving the animal(s). The arrival time will be determined by the tracking information FedEx provides online for the delivery. If the first attempt of delivery is missed then all live arrival guarantees are null and void. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be emailed within one hour of arrival or all guarantees are NULL AND VOID.
*Tnt Exotics reserves the right to refuse sale to any buyer, for any reason. Sorry, no sales to minors (Unless minors have written or verbal proof from parent). Proof of age may be required at our discretion.
*Tnt Exotics will send you an I.D. card of the father, mother and your new boa stating genetics, feeding, shed and defection chart.
*Any animal(s) purchased at a trade show must have a receipt for proof of purchase or all guarantees are VOID.
*Tnt Exotics IS NOT responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer for any animal. If you take any animal to a veterinarian, you do so ENTIRELY at your own expense.

*Please be aware of your own local wildlife laws and regulations. No shipments will be knowingly sent in violation of any state or federal laws. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
*Tnt Exotics reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and its sole discretion.
