More care is needed in shipping, the bag was soiled and smelled off old urine and there as no padding in the box. The box used, the animal barely fit in. No heating pad, animal came in very cold. animal was shipped w/o trking info until requestd. - Apr. 17, 2024
todd_smith replied: I sent the tracking information at the end of the business day as I said I would earlier. Crumpled newspaper was included as padding and if temps are 70F or above a heat pack is not recommended by the Shipping Company - Apr. 17, 2024
