About
Triple Crown Exotics was founded in 2021 with the sole focus on high end exotic pets. Our goal is to provide unmatched service as well as an experience that will set the bar for future purchases.
Crested Geckos, Axolotls, Bearded Dragons, Chameleons & Ball Pythons are our areas of focus.
Store Policy
SHIPPING:
Shipping is $65 flat fee with insurance in the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery. We ship Monday through Wednesday priority overnight with weather permitting (between 40°F-90°F). We cannot GUARANTEE Live Arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 1 hour of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal.
PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal. We accept credit card payments over the phone.
Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans on anything we sell over $500. We are flexible when it comes to a time line to pay for an animal. However once entered into a payment plan there are no refunds. If you cannot finish paying for an animal you will lose 25% of the purchase price and the remaining balance will be issued a credit towards a future purchase
HEALTH:
We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 8 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them.
