Store Policy
Shipping: We will accept payments on animals and care for them until we are able to ship per Ship your reptiles guidelines.
We ship Monday-Wednesday and guarantee 100% Live arrival. All shipments will be held at the nearest FedEx ship center. We follow all guidelines of shipyourreptiles.com. if temperatures are below 38F we will wait for warmer weather and if temps are above 80-91F pick up at ship center is the only option and is nonnegotiable! Any temperatures above 92F will also wait for cooler weather.
Payment: We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Money orders, and personal checks. Personal checks must clear before shipment of animal(s). Payment plans can be arranged with a 40% NONREFUNDABLE deposit and must be paid in full within 30-60 days. Extended terms will be considered on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to add the animal(s) back into our inventory should the terms of the payment arrangement not be met.
Health Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for sex, health, and genetics.
Sales- If there is a sale price for an animal it is ONLY valid if paid in full. We will NOT accept payment arrangements on a discounted animal.
