Store Policy
HOLDING AND PAYMENT Our store will hold animals with a 20% nonrefundable deposit for up to 2 weeks. After 2 weeks full payment is due unless otherwise stated. Deposits go towards the total price of your animal and are non refundable if customer backs out of sale. Payment plans are often available upon request.
SHIPPING We ship Monday-Wednesday via priority overnight shipping. We have a live arrival guarantee. In cases of extreme weather we will not ship if there is concern for animal welfare. We will only ship hub to hub and do not allow home delivery outside of very select circumstances. Live arrival is voided if animals are not picked up within one hour of delivery.
ANIMAL HEALTH When buying from us you will be receiving a healthy, high quality animal. We have never had a customer unsatisfied with health or quality upon arrival. With that being said; Any issues with the condition of animals or DOA must be reported within the first hour after pick up. If issues are not brought to attention within the first hour we reserve the right to void any refund or replacement. We cannot be held accountable for accidents or injuries caused after animals have been received so it is important to inspect and report any pre-existing issues as soon as possible. If there are any issues you will be taken care of via refund, replacement, or credit. Live arrival is voided completely if animals are not picked up on the day they were delivered to your FedEx hub within one hour of arrival. Photo evidence is required for any refund, credit, or exchange.
SEXING ANIMALS sexed animals cannot be guaranteed but we can guarantee every animal has been examined by a qualified individual. We have never shipped an incorrectly sexed animal but if a mistake is made the buyer may choose to swap for the opposite sex. If customer request an exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping cost. No refunds will issued for incorrectly sexed animals, only exchange. Incorrectly sexed animals must be reported within the first 24 hours after delivery.
