Store Policy

- Payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Cash. Open to discuss other methods not aforementioned. All sales are final.

- Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis. Typically with a 20%, non-refundable, deposit and the remaining balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan for the specific animal you are interested in. Any, and all deposits that are agreed upon as "non-refundable" will be treated as such following the guidelines laid out below. All sales are final.

- Sales, Shipping, and Health Guarantees:
1. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the
money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received
the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100%
refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. All animals are 100% guaranteed to be healthy before leaving my facility.
4. All animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
5. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise
stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
6. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex
of your purchase upon arrival.
7. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is
advertised.
8. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS
rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to pickup within 8 hours of hub
delivery.
9. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery, as proven by the Buyer (with photos
and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
10. Seller is not responsible for the animal's temperament.

- Genetic Guarantee
1. Recessive (homozygous and heterozygous) genes are always guaranteed.
2. Incomplete dominate genes (Co-doms) cannot be fully guaranteed, but I do my best, and often seek the
opinions of seasoned breeders for my IDs.


Anything, and everything else, not covered by my policies directly, is liable to default to Morphmarket's policies and rules.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
