Hello,
My name is Jake and I have had a love for exotic animals all my life. Since I've been a teenage I have owned and cared for many reptiles and tropical fish/saltwater reefs and that passion continued as an adult. I eventually opened up a retail store-front with some friends and continued to work with exotic pets for roughly five years. Unfortunately, we had to close our doors and give up on the store-front due to rising overhead cost. My passion never faded though, and I continued building my collection of ball pythons/Burmese pythons. Eventually, I met Charles D. from Production Reptiles and starting helping him out with his larger collection. Since we live three miles from one another, I started spending a lot of time in his basement caring for his animals and experiencing what its like having hundreds of baby snakes at once! Ever since then, we have been combining our knowledge and breeding plans with both our collections. So, any reptile you see for sale on our page has been produced by him or I.... Charles specializes in Burmese pythons and I specialize in recessive ball python combos. I also breed my own rodents, so I always feed the very best!
Store Policy
We (Jake's Exotic Creations/Production Reptiles) guarantee that all snakes purchased from us are healthy, feeding well and correctly sexed. Genetics are 100% guaranteed as well.
We ship Monday – Wednesday via FedEx Priority overnight to your door or your preferred location (lower 48 only). We will only ship when temperatures are between 40*F- 90(*F. Priority overnight charges are usually $55 on most purchases and $75 on adult ball python females.

We do not ship until we confirm with the customer their preferred shipping arrangements, including delivery address, customer contact information and any special delivery circumstances. Typically we require a signature for delivery. We ship as quickly as possible, weather conditions permitting.
Live arrival is guaranteed as long as delivery is excepted on the first attempt. We must receive notification of any D.o.A. (Dead on Arrival) within an hour of excepted delivery. If all of our policies have been followed, the customer will be issued a Credit for the value of the D.o.A.
Payment via PayPal, money order or cash in person. Payment plans are accepted on many of the animals we offer over $750.00, on a case by case basis. Please ask if you are interested in an animal. We will always try to work with you if possible on payment options.
