The animal purchased died less than three hours after arrival. The box used to ship was very small and included a heat pack. The bag the snake was soaked in urine and feces- he seemed mildly ill upon arrival. - Oct. 07, 2019

Placing a ball python in an 8'' x 6'' critter keeper with a heating pad under the entire critter keeper without a thermostat for 3 hours voids our guarantee. Heat packs are used when needed for cold weather. We are sorry you had a bad experience! - Oct. 07, 2019
