Issue is cold pack placement that indisputably violates shipping safety & MorphMarket ethics. I refuted lethal advice & 3/4 snakes have yet to stabilize. Seller didn't lie; he ignored submitted evidence & can't subtract by 2. - Jul. 06, 2022
