The container was to small with to much paper. She was wrapped in paper head,neck,chest, on her back, limp.
I unwrapped her, rubbed chest an throat, blew air in face, to get breathing.

KAREN bought a 19g crestie, it was shipped in a 5” deli with 1/2 of a sheet of paper towel. I asked if it was in good health to make sure any immediate issues were fixed as KAREN expressed concern. I would not have changed my shipping. Sorry KAREN. - Oct. 20, 2022
There was 2 1/2 sheets in the container, 1 wrapped around her head, neck an chest. If you use double ply then it cane apart. She was unresponsive when I got her, wrapped an laying on her back, limp. Then dish was 1” high, to Much paper!!! - Oct. 23, 2022
