Store Policy

The sale of all live animals is final. Animals are healthy and feeding at the time of shipment and should continue to do so.

For shipping, we guarantee live arrival only for shipments to verified FedEx Ship Centers and the package needs to be picked up on the first day that it is available for pickup. In-route and destination temperature need to be above 40ºF and below 90ºF. It is up to the buyer to inform us of extreme conditions. We reserve the right to postpone shipping in the event of extreme temperatures. During cold weather heat packs will be added at no additional cost to buyer. We are not responsible for carrier errors. We ship using Fedex Overnight Priority.

Any health issues must be reported immediately on the day of delivery. Although we cannot warranty any live animal beyond the first day, we will help buyer with any health or husbandry issues that may occur. Buyer assumes complete responsibility for the animal from the moment the shipping box is opened and buyer verifies live and healthy arrival.

All DoA's must be reported within 4 hours of receiving the animal and buyer must keep the DoA until proof has been given. If buyer does not report to us any problem on the first day, then we will assume that buyer is satisfied with the purchase. We will not issue a credit if buyer does not report to us immediately on the day of delivery that there is a problem. In the rare event that there is a problem with the reptile, then we will work with buyer on a case by case basis.

Deposits, shipping cost and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Deposits and payments may be transferred to a different animal upon approval. Sales tax is charged for all in state (Texas) sales.

Sexing Guarantee:
Buyer has 7 days to verify the sex of animals by a licensed veterinarian. In the event an animal has been incorrectly sexed by us, we will offer a replacement animal (if available), credit, or a partial refund at our discretion.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
