Specializing in the husbandry and captive breeding of arboreal snakes, while also maintain and breed a select number of terrestrial colubrid species. Store Policy
The sale of all live animals is final. Animals are healthy and feeding at the time of shipment and should continue to do so. Buyer assumes complete responsibility for the animal(s) from the moment the shipping box is received and buyer verifies live and healthy arrival.
We will only ship to FedEx Ship Centers to hold for pickup. We guarantee live arrival for shipments picked up within 2 hours from it being available for pickup at FedEx facility. In-route and destination temperature also need to be above 40ºF and below 90ºF. It is up to the buyer to inform us of extreme conditions. We reserve the right to postpone shipping in the event of extreme temperatures. During cold weather heat packs will be added at no additional cost to buyer. We are not responsible for carrier errors. We ship using Fedex Priority Overnight.
All DoA's must be reported within 1 hours of picking up the animal and buyer must provide photos of the deceased animal(s). If buyer does not report to us any problem on the first day, then we will assume that buyer is satisfied with the purchase. In the rare event that there is a problem with the reptile, then we will work with buyers on a case by case basis.
Deposits, shipping cost and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Deposits and payments may be transferred to a different animal upon approval. Sales tax is charged for all in state (Texas) sales.
