When a seller selects a User Group, only the users in that group with wholesale access can view the ad's wholesale details. This feature lets sellers tailor wholesale visibility based on their preferred wholesale store policies. It also enables sellers to offer promotions, like early access, to specific preferred buyers. Sellers can also now update their organization type, by accessing their seller profile.
Additionally, we would like to inform you about an important update to our Default Store Policy, which sees the addition of the following point:
- Buyers are expected to promptly respond to communications from sellers, particularly when a shipping date has been agreed upon for an animal. If the buyer remains unresponsive for a period of 10 days or more from the agreed-upon shipping date, the seller has the right to consider the buyer's lack of communication as an indication of the buyer's desire to back out of the transaction.
Please note that this policy applies only to transactions initiated from today and does not affect ongoing transactions.
