In recent weeks we’ve all been impacted by COVID-19 in one way or the other. Just like you, we’re concerned about the pandemic, and we are here to support our customers and the community.

At MorphMarket, our support team is no less available than before to help you with any issues or questions you have in the use of our marketplace. In fact we have recently added additional staff to improve our capabilities.

While our services have been unaffected, please be aware that the breeders in our marketplace are people with families just like you. They have been impacted to varying degrees. Therefore, please add a measure of patience and understanding as you make purchases and have animals delivered.

Over the coming weeks and months, breeders who anticipate significant issues in their ability to deliver should hide their inventory and/or use the Away Status to avoid receiving inquiries at this time.

Regarding shipping, we know that ShipYourReptiles has reduced shipping days from the usual 4 to 3 (Monday through Wednesday) to increase the probability of safe deliveries during peak shipping times. We have also heard that Delta shipping services have been suspended, which are sometimes used for larger animals.
